Description
We will survey recent axiomatic work extending the axiomatic additive theory of cost (or surplus) sharing to contexts where agents' demands need not be binary. We will describe several invariance and monotonicity properties that reflect both normative and strategic concerns. We will offer axiomatic characterizations of the Shapley-Shubik, Aumann-Shapley, and serial methods.
