Description
The discrete Cesàro spaces ces(p),1<p<∞, arise from the classical sequence spaces ℓp,1<p<∞, via the process of averaging. A sequence b∈CN is called a p-multiplier for ces(p) if the convolution a∗b∈ ces(p) for every a∈ ces(p). This talk will discuss various properties of such convolution operators acting in ces(p). The situation is \emph{very different} than for convolution operators in the spaces ℓp
