Structures in inequalities with convex functions

In this talk we will analyze some inequalities convex functions satisfy. We will use the property of midconvexity and its relationship with convexity as a frame to set some questions (and answers) these inequalities propose. In particular, we will examine those questions under the prism of the theories of lineability and spaceability.
